NOTICE OF INFORMATION ON THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA
In the frame of the new regulation about personal data protection, Fiduplan S.A., with registered office in L-1635 Luxembourg, 87, allée Léopold Goebel, RCS B44563, company of chartered accountants and tax consultants, has established following notice in order to set the frames of use of personal data.
In connection with the new law about personal data protection entering into force by May 25, 2018, Fiduplan S.A. wants to inform you that your data will be collected, stored and managed in respect of the new law.
The personal data, collected, stored and managed by Fiduplan, is principally data given by the person linked to the data, person that can be an individual or a company (concerned data person- CDP). The personal data includes name, first name, date and place of birth, postal address, telecommunication data of any kind, data about taxes (direct and indirect tax) and data about social security.
The data is collected, stored and managed by Fiduplan , in its quality as responsible company of the data management, in order to reply to the services requested by the CDP in the frame of the requested missions.
The data is used for the rendering of our services, services defined on our internet site www.fiduplan.lu, for tax services , accounting services, payroll services, IT services, data only transmitted to the institutions to which this data has to be necessarily communicated in the frame of our services and missions.
In this context, the CDP has the right to obtain, without any charge, access to his personal data at any time by telephone,fax, mail, in order to request his choice of use of his personal data.
Under the limit of the legal rules and laws, the access to the personal data is only authorized for the persons in charge or managing the activities linked to the use of data or persons necessarily implicated in the legal obligations.
